Watch the Charles “Julio Foolio” Jones Homicide Trial — FL v. Alicia Andrews

The court case of the woman accused of helping plan the murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio is now in progress in a Tampa courtroom.

The state alleges that she helped track the rapper’s movements while the victim was celebrating his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later ambushed the rapper in a Tampa hotel lot.

Three gunmen allegedly opened fire, killing him and leaving three others hurt.

The defendant has been charged with first-degree murder and planning a murder.

Prosecutors have presented digital evidence that they say tie Andrews to the scene. This includes Instagram messages and social media posts recovered from her phone.

Andrews’ State of Florida v Alicia Andrews lawyer argues that she was unaware of the shooting. The defense says she was in Tampa for personal reasons.
